About Me
I’m Shunya Shigeoka, a student at Hult International Business School interested in how people and organizations can work better together.
I have operations and management experience at Kura Sushi, supporting large-scale operations, including a more than 500-person workforce and a central kitchen serving over 250 stores across Japan. This experience taught me the value of trust, communication, and responsibility.
I believe good decisions balance empathy and data. While I value human connection, I also rely on numbers and analytics to support fair, clear, and sustainable outcomes.
